The DJI Matrice 300 RTK is an industrial quadcopter that offers a new standard for commercial unmanned aircraft. A series of gimbals was developed specifically for the new model of the DJI Matrice 300 RTK industrial drone. The design allows for three payload configuration options:

  • one at the bottom,
  • one at the bottom and one at the top,
  • two below and one above at the same time.

Matrice 300 RTK is DJI’s newest commercial platform, incorporating many of the concepts of modern aircraft and unmanned systems manufacturing. This quadcopter surpasses all previous designs in its class, offering its owners up to 55 minutes of flight time, more advanced intelligence, six-directional obstacle detection and more accurate positioning, but not only. The M300 RTK is truly a new standard in industrial drone design, combining intelligence, high performance and incredible reliability.

Improved flight characteristics

Industrial drones must have a powerful propulsion system and a durable body. The Matrice 300 RTK features improvements to its airframe design and propulsion capabilities to provide greater stability during flight and enhanced mission performance, even when the flight mission takes place in harsh environments. The drone’s flight time is now a maximum of 55 minutes. The device can rise to a height of up to 7 km with a take-off speed of up to 23 m/sec.

Advanced data transmission system

In addition to the powertrain, DJI has completely updated the production version of the OcuSync system. It now provides data transmission over a distance of up to 15 km and supports three-channel video transmission in 1080p format (three channels can only be used when two operators work with two control panels). If flights are carried out near objects with a high level of interference, the system automatically switches between 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency channels. At the same time, a high level of security during data transmission is maintained thanks to the AES-256 encryption system.

Payload for M300 RTK quadcopter

M300 RTK owners have no problem adapting their drone to the mission requirements. The design of the drone allows for the installation of up to three cameras in the lower and upper planes. And the total maximum payload weight can be up to 2.7 kg. All this allows you to react flexibly to newly emerging tasks or complex cases.

Smart features

Smart PinPoint and Smart Track help users solve complex problems more efficiently. Please note that the mentioned smart modes are only supported by the drone if it is equipped with a payload in the form of one of the Zenmuse H20 series cameras.

Powerful vision system under your control

To increase the safety and stability of the aircraft, binocular optical sensors and ToF sensors are located on six sides of the drone. Their maximum recognition range is up to 40 m, with the ability to personalize the process using the DJI Pilot app. In a complex of operating conditions, the detection and positioning system in 6 directions ensures the safety of the drone and the mission.

The new integrated monitoring and diagnostics system displays the current status of all systems, notification logs and a quick troubleshooting guide. The system includes:
