Using the device

Vibration analyzer designed for general vibration measurement, FFT spectral analysis of rotating equipment, rapid assessment according to ISO 10816, road condition monitoring, measurement and data acquisition.

Easy to use and reliable, built-in software simplifies data management and reporting.

Measuring vibration with a vibrometer occurs very quickly and does not require any preparation work.

The measured vibration values after some time (for example, after 1 month) make it possible to predict the development of vibration and plan the timing of subsequent repairs. This allows you to save significantly compared to planned repairs.

The values measured by the vibration analyzer can be used to diagnose defects in the unit using spectral analysis of the signal. For example, by using the key and “defective” lines in the spectrum, you can determine the condition of the bearings, imbalance, misalignment and other defects.

The main area of application of the devices is operational monitoring of the mechanical condition during operation, diagnostics, maintenance and repair of equipment: bearings, gears, turbines, generators, fans, pumps, rotors, distribution plants, ball mills, rolling mills, gearboxes, conveyors, engines, blowers and many other types of equipment. This applies to tracking both entire structures and individual elements.

Vibration analyzers of the ADL MS series are used in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, petrochemical, light and defense industries, thermal and nuclear energy, maintenance of equipment in agricultural complexes, housing and communal services and transport.
